Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to support clients in addressing emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with departmental policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and physical health.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assessing and managing clients' emotional and behavioral distress effectively.

• Engage with clients' families or support systems to involve them in treatment and assist with discharge planning, reinforcing support networks during and after therapy.

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges. We serve individuals requiring support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and telehealth platforms, with strong computer skills in MS Office and other software applications.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with additional training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) are encouraged to apply. Experience in crisis intervention and working with diverse populations will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
