Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, implementing customized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Adhere to agency and licensing requirements by ensuring timely and precise documentation and reporting for all therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to enhance patient recovery, actively participating in meetings and discussions to inform treatment planning and discharge processes.

• Contribute to the development and execution of continuous training programs that enhance skills and knowledge regarding treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied patient demographic, focusing primarily on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. Your therapeutic relationship with these clients is crucial, as you will be instrumental in help them navigate their challenges while fostering a safe and inclusive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering therapeutic services with a focus on mood disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders, with a proven track record of positive patient outcomes.

• Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology, facilitating collaboration with psychiatrists and medical teams for comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
