Work Environment\n

This role primarily involves remote work through our telehealth platform, allowing flexibility in your daily schedule while maintaining a structured workweek, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some scheduling flexibility may be necessary to meet clients' needs effectively. Our technology-driven practice equips you with the tools and support to conduct therapy sessions seamlessly from your home office.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that will inform individualized treatment planning based on each patient’s unique circumstances and experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for a wide range of mental health concerns, adapting techniques to honor cultural backgrounds and individual patient needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health challenges, fostering personal growth, and enhancing overall resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
