This position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients via a secure virtual platform while also offering opportunities for in-person consultations in our outpatient office setting as needed. We strive for a flexible work schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to adjust your availability based on your clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments and evaluations, understanding each client's unique trauma history.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailoring approaches to meet each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to foster a supportive environment, helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic, integrated care plan for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
