Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, leading to personalized and evidence-based treatment planning.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy services, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work in partnership with case managers, psychiatrists, and emergency support services to offer comprehensive and holistic care tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention, providing emotional support and practical guidance to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our dedicated group.
