Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on supporting a diverse community of patients, particularly those facing complex issues stemming from co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. Our clients may include individuals with chronic health issues, mental health disorders like anxiety and depression, and a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. Your work will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their unique challenges and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Demonstrable experience in providing care for individuals with complex mental health and medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive relationships with patients and healthcare team members alike.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries, maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
