Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while you engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences and concerns of patients, ensuring each treatment plan is personalized and effective.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness approaches, customized to meet the distinct cultural and personal backgrounds of individuals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that empower patients to address their mental health challenges and enhance their resilience.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective care for those in distress.

• Engage with patients and their families to offer education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources for comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, we prefer candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related area.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist is essential (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar credentials).

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly in culturally competent care.
