This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility and convenience for our licensed therapists. You will have access to a fully equipped telehealth platform that allows you to conduct sessions effectively. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our supportive in-office team, participate in group supervision, and engage in regular peer consultation sessions to further enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to provide effective treatment.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set actionable therapeutic goals and regularly review their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with ethical standards, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training, to enhance clinical expertise and remain current with industry trends.

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license for LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C is required. Candidates holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are also encouraged to apply.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
