Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, implementing techniques that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation throughout the therapeutic process, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, all completed within specified deadlines.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, and personalized wellness and relapse prevention strategies promoting sustained stability and health.

• Create discharge plans that facilitate continued care and community resources, ensuring a smooth transition for patients as they move through the stages of recovery.

• Adhere to all current federal and state regulations, along with agency policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, maintaining licensure and expanding therapeutic skills.

• Actively participate in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to collective learning, share insights, and enhance team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied demographic of patients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensure requirements.
