Maintenance Technician

Entry Level Maintenance Technician Location: Beaverton, OR Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Requirements 2+ years of maintenance experience in warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor environments Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or repair documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and respond quickly to operational needs Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and warehouse equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner. Support conveyors, material handling equipment, and facility systems. Respond to maintenance calls and urgent equipment downtime issues. Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements. Complete maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation accurately. Assist with building maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC coordination, and general repairs. Maintain compliance with company safety standards and environmental procedures.
