As a Dietician , you will play a crucial role in creating personalized nutrition plans for our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support during their recovery. Dietician Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with various dietary needs and restrictions Conduct nutritional assessments and analyze patient data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on healthy eating habits and nutrition principles Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress About the Role As a Dietician at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing compassionate and personalized care.
