Diesel/Heavy Equipment Technician

Full-Time Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician Work hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Here’s what you’ll do: Diagnostic repair and maintenance of a wide variety of construction equipment including, but not limited to lifts, mini excavators, generators, construction tools and miscellaneous equipment Maintain paperwork for work orders Here’s what will get you noticed: Strong interest in working with hand‑held power tools Ability to use a computer to obtain information and instructions Excellent problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail Able to work under pressure Organized and able to maintain a neat workspace Commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to work independently and as part of team Here’s what you’ll need to be successful: Vocational or technical education in mechanics, machine tool technology or related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Experience heavy equipment repair and maintenance preferred (not required) Mechanical ability and knowledge Here’s what we offer: Competitive compensation of $23.00-$30.00, based on experience Benefits package including health, dental, vision 401K Retirement Plan (company matching) Group Life Insurance (company paid) Employee store discount Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Physical Capabilities Required: Must be able to lift up to 100lbs at a time.
