Nursing Admin Supervisor

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center – Main Campus, New York, USA Position Summary A Registered Professional Nurse who assists in the planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating Nursing Services. Responsible for the administrative operation of the Department of Nursing for a specific, assigned tour. The Nursing Supervisor on tour acts as a surrogate if the Hospital or Nursing Administrator is not present, limited to those circumstances which are specifically not delegated to the Administrator‑on‑Call and/or the Nursing Administrator on call. Requirements / Qualifications Current licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State BCLS/ACLS required Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master’s degree preferred Five years of combined clinical and management experience Previous Nursing Supervisor experience preferred Skills Basic ability to read and communicate effectively in English Basic computer knowledge Education Bachelor's Science or better. Experience Five years combined clinical and management experience. Licenses & Certifications NYS Child Abuse Certificate
