Maternal Child Health Nurse Supervisor - Director Level
PRIDE Health
RN License from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). BLS. Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop record keeping system to record medication errors and counseling. Job Requirements Seven (7) years of experience required, five (5) of which were in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program required. Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Schedule Information Monday to Friday with some off shift and weekend presence requirements per month to be determined by the CNO/covering Director. 7 hours per day. 37.5 hours per week. Unit Specific Information Maternal Child Health Department. Director level expertise to cover all of Maternal Child Health Department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
