As a new nurse you will rotate Surgical Specialty units throughout the program.The units will include:General Surgical Unit, Inpatient Back, Neck and Spine Center,Burn TraumaMed/Surg, General Med/Surg units.As a new grad you will be oriented successfully to work in each of these units. The Adult Surgical Specialty Rotation will give you a solid med/surgical foundation. During your second year of the program, you may choose to join a med/surg unit that you have grown to love, be consider for a specialty unit or one of our internship programs.
