What You'll Do Serve as the on-site connection between the patient and a remote dentist during live video exams. Guide the intraoral camera so the dentist can see and evaluate in real time Welcome patients, ease nerves, and make the virtual visit feel personal Collect medical history and organize records for the dentist Keep documentation accurate and confidential Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Dental Assistant Certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Proof of current immunizations and TB screening Fluency in Spanish Bonus Points For: Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, or procedures Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active) Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Annual floating holiday Paid on-the-job training Performance bonuses Room to Grow Health Bridge is a growing company, and we are intentional about promoting from within.
