Specialty/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Syracuse, NY

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative for the Syracuse, NY territory to serve as the primary contact with medical professionals, providing clinical product knowledge and implementing sales strategy for bone health and related therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product knowledge and benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, educational programs, and branded messaging
• Develop and manage customer relationships, address reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze sales effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Demonstrate commitment to patient outcomes while building brand presence and sharing best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in sales (4-8 years depending on education level)
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device sales experience preferred
• Clinical knowledge of oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related specialties
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and demonstrated sales leadership abilities

Compensation: Specialty Representative: $89,880–$121,602 annually; Senior Specialty Representative: $115,036–$155,638 annually
