Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of six focused on growth, support, and creating a positive environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a manager at Verizon, which helped shape my leadership style and focus on team development. I’m a proud parent and a former high school cheerleading coach. I stay actively involved in the local school district and community, and I’ve been honored as the first coach to receive the Jet Setter Award. For our team, we offer a flexible, family-oriented environment with team-building activities and development programs, along with a Simple IRA and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our office culture is upbeat, energetic, and supportive. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, and brings great energy to the team - someone who enjoys working with others and wants to grow in a fun, collaborative environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amy Latham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
