Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of six focused on growth, support, and creating a positive environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a manager at Verizon, which helped shape my leadership style and focus on team development. I’m a proud parent and a former high school cheerleading coach. I stay actively involved in the local school district and community, and I’ve been honored as the first coach to receive the Jet Setter Award. For our team, we offer a flexible, family-oriented environment with team-building activities and development programs, along with a Simple IRA and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our office culture is upbeat, energetic, and supportive. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, and brings great energy to the team - someone who enjoys working with others and wants to grow in a fun, collaborative environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amy Latham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
