They work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimise operations, and enhance overall business performance. Opportunity As part of the Strategy Consulting team, you help companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and resource portfolios. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives Guide teams in evaluating corporate and business unit strategies Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service Mentor junior staff to enhance their professional growth Drive project success through thoughtful planning and oversight Inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence Uphold the firm's standards and principles in every engagement Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation Skills & Knowledge Analyse and identify linkages and interactions between component parts of an entire system Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables Develop skills outside comfort zone and encourage others to do the same Effectively mentor others, using review of work as opportunity to deepen expertise of team members Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years of strategy or industry consulting experience Proficiency in corporate and business unit strategies Building and maintaining client relationships Managing teams and multiple work streams Utilizing foundational thinking and analytical approaches Designing and conducting market research Communicating effectively with senior audiences Demonstrating executive presence and trusted advisor status Travel Up to 80% travel required. Salary Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
