Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy plans that empower them to reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide integrated, holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones about therapeutic techniques to support continuous progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor patient development and make necessary adjustments to ensure they stay on target.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are both encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
