Job Description

About the Role:
Necessary Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Greensburg, IN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. If you have a heart for helping others and a passion for providing quality care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
