Senior Manager, Global HIV Prevention Medical Affairs

Senior Manager supporting Gilead's global HIV prevention medical affairs strategy. This role manages educational initiatives, medical affairs events, and cross-functional projects while leading a team in a hybrid position based in Foster City, California.
Responsibilities
- Exchange complex clinical and scientific information with internal and external stakeholders
- Document and respond to unsolicited scientific information requests
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Thought Leaders
- Coordinate conference coverage, exhibits, and meetings with thought leaders
- Support content development and delivery of Advisory Boards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with eight years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with six years
- PharmD, MD, or PhD preferred
- Expertise in hepatology, viral hepatitis, or related therapeutic areas
- Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare field experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently with short notice
- Valid driver's license
Compensation: $169,320–$219,120 base, plus discretionary annual bonus and stock-based long-term incentives
