Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Head of Engineering. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing technical projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include managing engineering processes, creating a strong engineering roadmap, providing strategic technical direction, and fostering collaboration across teams to build innovative products that align with our mission.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management
- Proficiency in Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Strong background in Software Development and technical problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in a health, food commerce, or tech startup environment is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
