Trial - Litigation Attorney

Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly Responsibilities: Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses Qualifications: Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) Member of state and local bar associations in good standing At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney About Company Ted Law Firm is a next-generation personal injury law firm built on best practices from top firms nationwide.
