Marketing Analytics Specialist

Position: Media Marketing Analyst
Location: 4600 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

The Media Marketing Analyst will work with key stakeholders in Media & Direct Mail to create and maintain key reporting for West Shore Home's Marketing Department. The goal being to provide a consolidated, accurate source of data and reporting that the company can rely on as it continues to grow and evolve. This position will mainly work in Power BI to create reports, dashboards, and apps, but may also be required to gather and analyze data in excel for specific reporting.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Build key analytical reporting in the form of Power BI reports, dashboard, and apps.
• Oversee, audit, and improve as needed several key reports and their associated databases.
• Collaborate with Analyst teams in other departments to ensure consistency and quality in reporting.
• Work with Marketing stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for impactful reporting.
• Exercise independent judgment on matters pertaining to visualization, data integrity, and data manipulation.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree in data analytics, engineering, or similar field OR equivalent work experience.
• Prior Experience creating visualizations at scale, and/or managing and implementing data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
