Highlights Pay: $40 - $60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Progressive Coronary Care Unit Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Support the Nurse Manager with supervising and supporting RNs and other nursing support caregivers. Supervise admissions, conduct assessment of patient's needs and initiate nursing care plans. Evaluate and document patient progress. Facilitate the planning, implementation, development, and evaluation of nursing programs, initiatives, and objectives for the unit. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit. Serve as a liaison between the manager, caregivers, and other areas within the organization. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in a unit. Prepare schedule of work assignments assuring adequate coverage. Participate in and support quality improvement projects, outcomes studies, and research initiatives. Assist in orienting new caregivers.
