Salary:

New Era Therapeutic Counseling Center is currentlyseekingapassionate and dedicatedLicensed Clinician tojoinourdynamicteam. This roleoffersauniquehybrid work model,providing the opportunityfor abalanced mixof in-person and remotework, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

Expectations of the Role:

• Deliverhigh-qualityindividual and group counselingservices to clients
• Create comprehensivetreatment plans and dischargeplans tailored to each individual's needs
• Collaboratewith community resources and socialservices to provide holistic care
• Provide effectivecrisis intervention and trauma-informedcare to support clients in times of need
• Advocatefor clients and offerongoingbehavioral healthsupport to promote overall well-being
• Conduct psychoeducational groups and workshops to enhance client understanding and coping skills
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements:

1. Holdavalidlicense as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
2. Demonstratedexpertisein substance abuse treatment and mental health interventions
3. Knowledge ofpsychiatry andexperience withtelehealth services
4. Skilledinfacilitatinggroup counselingsessionsandproficient incase management
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation:Competitive salary range of$49,000.00 - $88,000.00annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
