Strategic Projects Lead

Company Overview We're a YC-backed startup on a mission to bridge the gap between AI and the $5T knowledge work economy through cutting-edge data infrastructure and environments. We're a technical team with experience from Scale AI, Uber, and previously founding a successful AI company. We're based in San Francisco, CA, and recently raised an oversubscribed seed round led by top-tier VCs. What You'll Do Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market. Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects. Report progress directly to the founders and work on some of the most impactful problems at the company. Required Qualifications Strong technical background — a CS degree is ideal; at minimum, the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end, balancing speed vs quality. An entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build things from scratch.
