What You Will Do:

• Manage high-volume accounts receivable and collections using ERP systems
• Initiate collection efforts via phone and email; maintain detailed documentation
• Generate and distribute customer statements and reports
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies including short payments and credit/rebills
• Prepare and send certified notices and supporting documentation within required timelines
• Maintain accurate customer records and support credit application processing
• Assist with reporting, audits, and credit hold reviews
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding account status
• Post payments and update A/R records
• Provide administrative and project support as needed

What You Will Need:

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections (preferred)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
• Knowledge of construction lien laws is a plus
