Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team at a high-energy craft cocktail bar. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring professionalism and integrity to your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails with precision and consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Experience in upscale or craft cocktail-focused establishments
Creativity and willingness to contribute to cocktail development
Experience with Toast POS
