We are looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team at a high-energy craft cocktail bar. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring professionalism and integrity to your work, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails with precision and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in upscale or craft cocktail-focused establishments
- Creativity and willingness to contribute to cocktail development
- Experience with Toast POS
