About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is recruiting motivated individuals for a premier client in the Wichita area. Meet face-to-face with local business owners to help them with supplemental insurance benefits for their employees. No door-to-door sales.

Day-to-Day

Consult with business owners and managers.
Deliver benefit presentations.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Support enrollments and ongoing service.

What You Bring

People skills and self-motivation.
Coachable attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
No insurance experience needed.

Compensation Support

Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
Target First-Year Range: $45,000 - $95,000+. D epending on individual execution and production.
Training and licensing support.
