Pay: $45,000 – $95,000+ first year (performance-based)

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in Wichita. This is a full-time, client-facing sales role helping businesses offer voluntary employee benefits.

You will meet with business owners, present options, and enroll employees. Strong performers have clear advancement opportunities. This is a performance-based position — your results drive your income.

What you'll do:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need.
• Present benefit options for their employees
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage your own appointments and follow-ups
• Work a structured Monday–Friday schedule

Who tends to succeed:

• People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds
• Coachable, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people
• Self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential
• Those with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to complete state licensing (full training and support provided)
