Student Recruiting Specialist | Chicago, IL Green Key Resources is partnering with a prestigious law firm to identify a Student Recruiting Specialist to join its Chicago office. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal recruiting professional who is passionate about attracting top law school talent, managing summer associate programs, and partnering with firm leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of law firm recruiting or professional services recruiting experience 2+ years focused on law student or entry-level attorney recruitment Experience managing summer associate programs and on-campus interviewing (OCI) Knowledge of legal recruiting best practices and NALP guidelines preferred Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Responsibilities In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring partners, recruitment committees, and firm leadership to execute recruiting strategies, coordinate campus outreach efforts, oversee summer associate programming, and support the onboarding and integration of entry-level attorneys. #J-18808-Ljbffr
