Pickleball Instructor (Miller Community Center) If you have a passion for teaching or playing pickleball, Associated Recreation Council (ARC) — in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation — offers an exciting part‑time role. The Pickleball Instructor will lead participants through a variety of techniques and drills to learn basic skills and improve overall game performance. Program objectives emphasize new technique acquisition, fitness, and healthy lifestyles. Schedule Pickleball skills and drills: Fridays 10:00AM–12:30PM (paid cleanup and set‑up as needed) Start Date 9/19/2025 Responsibilities Develop and deliver developmentally appropriate pickleball lessons and activities for each class, including curriculum planning. Plan, lead, and implement appropriate course activities for each session. Set up and clean up the space before and after each weekly lesson. Complete required administrative reports, such as attendance logs and incident reports. Requirements Must be over 18years of age. Passion for teaching or playing pickleball. If hired, must pass a criminal background check. If hired, must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid photo ID.
