About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, health care procedures, and other duties as assigned by our nursing staff. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility-related tasks
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to identify and address resident needs and concerns
• Support a positive and respectful environment, promoting resident dignity and well-being

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Basic life support certification (CPR) preferred
