We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyPosition Overview:This position plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees highly complex projects and project portfolios in support of operational excellence and system integration. This role will be responsible for projects specific to small to mid-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives across Sutter Health from conception to completion. Responsible for project work plan development, the establishment of project communication and risk management plans, workflow process redesign, metric development and return on investment analysis. Provides leadership to cross-functional teams, including overseeing the work of other project manager(s) and project coordinator(s) and providing coaching and mentorship. Perform independently under broad policy guidelines and exercises expert authority over assigned projects. Identifies and escalate issues to project sponsors/owners. Use project management tools and standards as outlined by Sutter Health and the project management institute to ensure projects stay on track to complete deliverables and project integration with other initiatives. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of healthcare mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and integration methodologies across acute, ambulatory, physician, and post-acute settings. Experience developing and executing integration plans, including Day 1 readiness, operational stabilization, and long-term integration activities. Bay Area Pay Range is $148,574.00 to $222,872.00 / annual salary.The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
