Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) Spring Grove, Minnesota. This position supports resident care in a long term care facility and clinic environment with rotating 8-hour and 12-hour day/evening shifts (mostly evening), along with variable shift scheduling. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 7.5 shift hours; minimum 37.5 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Minnesota RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Associate Degree or Certificate; experience requirement: 0 years as listed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Matrix charting experience preferred.
• Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in a long term care facility and clinic setting; manage assigned tasks timely and independently; float as needed to support operational needs.
• Additional Information: Every other weekend and every other holiday are required. Floating to another location may be required as needed. COVID vaccination is required (exemptions will be considered).
