- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of industry experience in a hardware development role
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, with an ability to analyze and debug analog, digital, and power systems
- Experience in system integration, including grounding, shielding, EMI/EMC mitigation, and power distribution strategies
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, VNAs)
- Experience working with microcontrollers and firmware, sufficient to perform system bring-up and debug
- Excellent communication skills when reporting issues to internal teams and external vendors
- Basic soldering and rework skills, ability to build and deploy forward-looking prototypes
- Troubleshooting skills on Linux-based embedded systems
