What matters most To excel as a Full-Time Intake Specialist at Dimopoulos Law Firm, you must bring previous legal case management and/or intake consultation experience in a personal injury (PI) firm. Strong emotional intelligence skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication are essential while conducting intake consultations. Proficiency in legal case management software is required, enabling you to streamline processes. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering relationships with clients and colleagues alike, as you will serve as a vital point of contact. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, energetic environment will also significantly contribute to your success in this dynamic role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Must have previous Intake experience in a Personal Injury firm Sales and customer service background preferred Must be able to work weekends English/Spanish bi-lingual preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
