Busser Job Description
A Busser supports the dining room team by keeping tables clean, organized, and ready for guests. Bussers help ensure fast, friendly service and a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave
- Reset tables with clean dishes, utensils, and napkins
- Refill water glasses and assist servers as needed
- Sweep and clean dining areas
- Transport dirty dishes to the kitchen
- Help maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and service stations
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
