Food Runner/Busser

The Resort at Longboat Key Club

Join our team as a Food Runner/Busser at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, located in beautiful Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences by supporting the front-of-house team with timely food delivery and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests' tables.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain guest seating flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to guest requests or promptly communicate with servers or management as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
