Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Fountain Valley, CA to lead full-cycle hiring and onboarding for a temp-to-hire position. You will partner with managers to develop sourcing strategies, conduct intake sessions, screen and interview candidates, and manage onboarding activities including background checks and I-9 verifications.
