Employment Type: Full Time

Licenses/Certifications: RN license in Louisiana or valid compact state, BLS required

Experience: 1+ year of related nursing experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room/Surgery setting
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient assessments
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document all patient information accurately
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
• Support patient education and emotional well-being

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or other compact license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in OR/surgical settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to float between operating rooms and adapt to changing priorities
