Three Links Health Services is hiring Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR/CNA) team members to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have full-time evening opportunities available.
You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, promote independence, and provide compassionate care as part of a supportive nursing team.

Starting Pay: $23.56 – $25.77 per hour
Pay is based on experience.
???? Evening Shift-Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM-
+$1.00/hour Evening Shift Differential
???? In order to receive $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Must be hired by September 30, 2026.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with the nursing team to provide quality, compassionate, person-centered care based on each resident’s plan of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and toileting
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Encourage resident independence and self-help skills
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas
- Treat every resident with dignity, courtesy, and respect
- Follow oral and written directions
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow the direction of nursing and staffing leaders
- Provide care according to each resident’s established plan of care
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be certified by the State of Minnesota or enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant course
- Must be listed on, or eligible for, the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Dependable and responsible
- Strong commitment to quality resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate attitude and respect for older adults.
