Job Description
Exciting Cath Lab Technologist Opportunity!

Job Description:
- Position: Cath Lab Tech
- Schedule:
- Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00) or 5x8 (7:30a - 4:00p) as needed
- On-call: 1 weekday, 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (includes holidays)


- Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibilities for extension
- Start Date: ASAP


- Work Setting Experience Required:
- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab
- Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
- Special Procedures


- Work Setting Experience Preferred:
- Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
- Interventional Radiology


- Skills Required:
- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures: Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), Hemodynamic Monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella Insertion, Laser Assisted Procedures, Left/Right Heart Catheterization, PCI, PTCA, etc.
- Equipment Maintenance and Operation: PACS, Stocking Supplies
- Professional Knowledge: Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response Team, Accurate Monitoring


- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BCLS
- ARRT (RT license required in the state of WV for fluoro machines)

- Experience Required:
- 1.5 - 2 years in Diagnostic Radiology preferred
- Travel experience is a plus

- Physical Requirements:
- Medium Work: Frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs; maximum lifting of 50 lbs
