Experienced Digital Marketing Director For Industrial Equipment

Job Description

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of current and widely used systems and tactics.

• Must be a self‑starter and require little to no management.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Make 50‑75 cold calls per day.
• Work closely with engineering and outside sales teams.
• Read engineering files (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
• Call facility and maintenance personnel.
• Have a 3‑year track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Cold call and drive net new business.
• Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies that fit your personality to ensure customer engagement is always increasing.
• Work closely with component suppliers and build great relationships with their team.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service.
• Handle field measurements for replacement conveyor belts, replacement parts, complete recycling systems, or conveyor replacements.
• Help customers obtain correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys (with and without lagging), and safety equipment.
• Provide both positive and critical feedback to all team members to ensure continuous growth and enhancement of the product line.
• Have the ability to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed $1MM.

Senior Marketer Responsibilities and Duties

• Cold call and develop a new customer base from scratch (50‑75 calls per day).
• Always use our internal CRM/ERP platform.
• Meet or exceed quota for your territory (net new business & existing).
