Impact You’ll Make Support consulting engagements involving commercial disputes, investigations, and Department of Justice (DOJ) matters, working alongside senior consultants and testifying experts to deliver rigorous analytical insights. Perform financial analyses, economic damages calculations, and financial modeling in support of litigation and dispute engagements. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights relevant to investigations and damages assessments. Review and synthesize case documentation, testimony, court filings, and other materials to identify relevant facts and analytical inputs. Assist in the preparation of expert reports, presentations, and visual exhibits used in litigation, arbitration, and dispute proceedings. Contribute to data-driven insights across industries, with a particular focus on healthcare-related disputes and investigations. What You’ll Do Support engagement leaders and senior team members in executing project workplans, analytical tasks, and client deliverables. Perform financial modeling and quantitative analysis to support economic damages calculations and other litigation-related analyses. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze structured datasets used in case analyses and modeling. Conduct advanced analysis of large datasets, including healthcare claims data, financial records, and transactional information. Assist in recreating and evaluating financial models and analyses presented by opposing experts. Prepare clear and compelling expert reports, presentations, and data visualizations that communicate analytical findings effectively. Organize and review case documentation and other supporting materials relevant to investigations and disputes. Conduct company, industry, and case-specific research, including economic, accounting, technical, and market analyses. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline. 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, economics, litigation consulting, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, healthcare analytics, or public accounting. Experience performing complex data analyses using Structured Query Language (SQL) is required; familiarity with Python, SAS, Stata, or R is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial statements, accounting records, tax returns, and other financial documentation. CPA, CFE, or other relevant professional designation is preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply. Ability to work in fast-paced litigation environments with evolving analytical requirements and deadlines tied to court proceedings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex analytical findings. Ability to support Department of Justice (DOJ) matters, including obtaining the appropriate level of clearance if required. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000.00 - $135,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
