Commercial Real Estate Associate

An established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its thriving real estate practice in Raleigh. This is an opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base that includes developers, investors, lenders, and closely held businesses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. The practice handles matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, portfolio management, and joint ventures across a variety of asset classes. Responsibilities Represent developers, investors, lenders, and business clients in commercial real estate transactions Handle acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing matters Assist with financing transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, and other lending matters Draft and negotiate real estate and transactional documents Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on sophisticated transactions Collaborate closely with partners and other associates while taking on increasing responsibility Support related corporate, transactional, and business matters as needed Qualifications 3+ years of commercial real estate experience at a mid-sized or large law firm Experience representing buyers and borrowers strongly preferred Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing transactions North Carolina bar admission required LLC, joint venture, corporate transactional, or M&A experience is a plus Strong academic credentials, writing skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and client relations skills Practical, business-minded, and collaborative approach to practicing law Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment Desire to build a long-term practice and take on client-facing responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
