Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and developing real estate. Handle financing, construction loans, bridge loans, and disposition transactions. Engage in transactional work with a focus on buyer/borrower-side experience. Collaborate with team members on real estate-related corporate matters. Requirements Three to four years of commercial real estate experience at a large or mid-size law firm. North Carolina bar license (preferred); experience in non-real-estate corporate/transactional/M&A matters is a plus. LLC/joint venture experience and pre-law school real estate experience are advantageous. Strong academic credentials required. Education Strong academic credentials required.
